The Lord’s Day |

Our Worship We firmly believe that God Himself regulates His worship through His Word. We make special effort to protect our worship from elements and innovations for which there is no scriptural authority. We desire that our worship be God-centered rather than man-centered. We desire that it be reverent and joyful. In our worship services we meet with God in prayer. We teach and admonish one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in our hearts to the Lord. We give our tithes and offerings to the Lord. We read the Bible. We endeavor to keep the preaching of the Word of God central in our worship and to listen to it attentively. We seek to provide a quiet and reverent atmosphere in the main meeting hall ten minutes before worship Our Sunday School We provide Sunday school instruction every Lord’s Day for different ages. We have classes for adults and children. Parents may accompany their children to any class they desire or keep them in the adult class if they prefer. We believe children are a blessing from the Lord. We have many children in our midst, and we desire that they enter into the Lord’s Day as much as possible. We ask that parents keep watch over their children when they are not in Sunday school. We provide a nursery for those who would like some assistance. |
